About Marjorie
Marjorie Combellick is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than ten years of experience as a nurse practitioner, spanning both psychiatric and adult health care. She also holds certification in perinatal mental health and as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner.
Marjorie has a particular interest in women's mental health, and within that a particular focus on perinatal mental health. She provides psychiatric care for people experiencing mental health concerns during pregnancy, in the postpartum period, and through other reproductive transitions — a stretch of life when symptoms are common, frequently minimized, and treatable. Alongside that she treats anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, burnout, social anxiety, sleep concerns and medication concerns, working with young adults and adults.
For patients who are pregnant, postpartum or experiencing other reproductive transitions, Marjorie considers the unique circumstances that may affect treatment decisions.
Marjorie's approach is compassionate and individualized, with an emphasis on understanding each patient's symptoms, circumstances and treatment goals. She practices thoughtful medication management, explains the reasoning behind her recommendations, and makes decisions about treatment options and their risks together with you.
