About Augustina
Augustina Hone — Auggy to her patients — is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than seven years of psychiatric nursing experience. She has worked across outpatient, inpatient and PHP/IOP settings, and has completed additional training in trauma-based care.
Her clinical focus is mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, anxiety and OCD. She also treats ADHD, borderline personality disorder and other personality disorders, sleep concerns, stress and substance use concerns. She works with adults and older adults, welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds, and is LGBTQ+ affirming.

A first appointment focuses on your current concerns and your goals. Ongoing visits look at your progress, how you are responding to treatment, any side effects, and whether adjustments make sense.

Psychiatric evaluation and medication management, delivered by HIPAA-compliant video. Appointment length varies by service: psychiatric evaluations are generally longer than follow-up appointments.
