About Rinkoo
Rinkoo Sidhu is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with more than a decade of experience in mental health care. That experience spans both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
Rinkoo treats a wide spectrum of conditions, including complex psychiatric presentations. Patients range from young adults to older adults, and from people managing a single common concern to those living with several conditions at once.
How Rinkoo works
“Effective psychiatric care begins with listening and understanding the whole person.”
Rinkoo works from an evidence-based, person-centered approach, and treats decisions about your care as something made with you rather than for you. You have an active role in what happens next.
When patients are also participating in therapy, he believes medication management should complement and support their broader therapeutic goals. Because mental health needs can be complex and may change over time, treatment is continually evaluated rather than approached as a one-time decision.
