Who we're looking for
We are currently seeking:
- Nurse practitioners — PMHNP, or FNP with behavioural health experience
- Licensed therapists — LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Associate or provisionally licensed therapists — LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA or equivalent
- Physicians interested in supervisory or clinical roles
What you'll do
- Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing care
- Deliver services via secure telehealth
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation
What it's like here
Care is delivered by secure telehealth to patients across Indiana, on flexible scheduling. Clinicians have physician supervision and clinical oversight available, and administrative support for scheduling, intake and billing so that clinical time stays clinical.
Some services at the practice are rendered by providers who work as independent contractors. We'll be clear about the arrangement for any role during the conversation.
