What Mind Metrix is
Mind Metrix (MindMetrix) is an online mental health assessment. It screens for more than 60 conditions described in the DSM-5 and produces a detailed, data-backed report with considerations for next steps.
Zalfi offers Mind Metrix as a starting point for care. Your provider reviews the report with you, so your first appointment can begin from a fuller picture of what you have been experiencing.
How it works
- Take the assessment. Complete the comprehensive assessment on the Zalfi page at Mind Metrix.
- Schedule with Zalfi. Upon completion of your comprehensive assessment at Mind Metrix, please schedule an appointment with Zalfi or call 317-296-7707.
- Review your results. At your psychiatric evaluation, your provider goes through the report with you and talks through what it means for your treatment.
What the report is — and isn’t
An assessment report is a screening tool. It helps guide the conversation, but a diagnosis and treatment plan come from your evaluation with a licensed provider.
